Fast Emergency Plumbing in Buffalo, NY

"The whole team was so very helpful and made me feel comfortable..."

Was visiting family and a drain clogged up. I had to leave next day out of state and Franks plumbing (Kyle) came by. Kyle was so friendly, went above and beyond. Have had plumbers play tricks before and not with Frank's. Will be using them for life. The whole team was so very helpful and made me feel comfortable that I could trust them to work with my family member who was at the house.

"They were excellent and I will never go with any other company!"

Al and Dante were amazing! Very polite and professional. Al explained everything to both me and my husband so we could actually understand what is going on. Al said the sump pump looks good other than the roots that are growing inside. He told us exactly how to fix that problem. He was able to get the hot water tank lit again, but did honestly say it will most likely need to be replaced. Thank you for your great service!

"Both of these gentlemen had pure compassion for me as a customer."

I wanted to share my gratitude to Mike Russo (manager) for taking a lot of effort to keep me happy and take care of my sump pump issue quickly and for sending out one of his best techs (Seth) who was fantastic! Both of these gentlemen had pure compassion for me as a customer. A lot of places just want to fix it, get paid and leave. People who take the time to listen to the customer and talk/explain/etc. are what matters to us homeowners.

"Pricing is fair and we are extremely confident with Mr. Plumber."

Brian was very knowledgeable and offered us many options to consider. He spent time with us to explain everything in detail for each option. Pricing is fair and we are extremely confident with Mr. Plumber.

"...Diligent in explaining and showing what was going on...."

Tanis was prompt, professional, courteous, and solved our problem well. He was particularly diligent in explaining and showing what was going on and left the work area super clean. Great work!

"So beyond thankful for Mike, Abby, and Frank for their hospitality today during their class!"

I cannot begin to describe the amount of information they provided to us all... and the truly best part…the community they are building. I truly cannot wait to go to more classes in the future. Because of this class I know without a doubt who I will be calling for any plumbing needs moving forward. Thank you, Mike, Abby, and Frank!”
