Community Involvement
Proud to Serve and Support Our Community
At Frank’s Mr. Plumber, being a local business means more than just providing plumbing services—it means showing up for the people who make Western New York home. We’ve proudly served the area for over 30 years, and in that time, we've built lasting relationships with the families, organizations, and neighborhoods we work in. Our commitment extends beyond pipes and drains—we’re here to support local causes, events, and the people who make our community strong. Giving back is just part of who we are.

Making a Difference, One Project at a Time
Whether it’s helping a neighbor in need or sponsoring a local fundraiser, we believe small actions lead to big impact. Our team regularly participates in community events and volunteers with local organizations, lending our time and resources wherever we can make a difference.
We’ve donated plumbing services to families facing hardship, supported youth programs, and even helped renovate community centers across the Buffalo area. It’s not about recognition—it’s about being part of something bigger and doing what’s right.
Involved in the Buffalo Community
Buffalo isn’t just where we work—it’s where we live, raise our families, and build our future. That’s why we stay active in the local scene, from supporting school events to contributing to charity drives and neighborhood improvement projects.
We’ve partnered with local nonprofits, sponsored youth sports teams, and supported veterans' organizations throughout the region. When our community thrives, we all do—and we’re proud to play a small part in that growth.
Why We Love Giving Back
It's Easy to See Why Our Community Refers Our Services
In honor of Women's History Month Frank's put on an evening plumbing class for women which I attended with a friend.
Abby, Mike and Frank were incredibly welcoming and generous with their time for this free event. Mike and Frank traded off during the presentation and their passion for their work was obvious. They let us ask as many questions as we wanted and provided thorough explanations of common household plumbing issues. Always make sure your sump pump is plugged in before you call a professional!
I especially appreciated that they were very clear that they would not be making any sales during or after the class. If you want to set up an appointment you have to call the next day. There was no pressure to buy anything, it was truly just a free service to better the community and that is hard to find these days.
