"Man it's been a long weekend and couple of days for me. Mr. Franks stepped up and made right what was made wrong . He fixed an issue that wasn't his and that was his and that shows character and class and someone that understands the importance of listening to their customers. But he got down to the root of the problem and got me squared away from the outside but found that we needed to get the trap out anyway cause that's where the cable and roots had lodged. I want to thank Dan for his work in my basement and for keeping it as clean as feasibly possible with the water that got down there and then having to cut the concrete down there. There was also a little cabinet if you will built around it to kind of hide the CO and they did a good job of removing it and protecting a light switch I had there.
Finally thank you to Adonte and Kyle for addressing the initial problem that got this roller coaster rolling in the first place. They came in, analyzed tbe situation checked where the drains and stacks were located and then came up with a game plan to get the job done. All crews were quick, efficient, polite, mindful of the property and tried to keep me informed at different junctures along the way. In honor of Women's History Month Frank's put on an evening plumbing class for women which I attended with a friend.
Abby, Mike and Frank were incredibly welcoming and generous with their time for this free event. Mike and Frank traded off during the presentation and their passion for their work was obvious. They let us ask as many questions as we wanted and provided thorough explanations of common household plumbing issues. Always make sure your sump pump is plugged in before you call a professional!
I especially appreciated that they were very clear that they would not be making any sales during or after the class. If you want to set up an appointment you have to call the next day. There was no pressure to buy anything, it was truly just a free service to better the community and that is hard to find these days.
