Jim B. was living happily, until one day he went down into his basement and noticed his hot water tank was slowly leaking! Since he was already a customer of Frank’s Mr. Plumber, he called to get a free no obligation estimate. Eli S. was on the scene in no time with an estimate and Jim agreed to the price!

A crew was scheduled for the same day, and Jim's new hot water tank was installed immediately!

Jim B. was happy that he no longer had to worry about his hot water running low because he is now equipped with a new system under warranty for 10 years! 

Everything was going fine for homeowner Steven, until one day, his sewer began backing up into his basement through the floor drain and utility tub!

Unsure of what to do, and where this water was coming from, Steven called the experts at Frank's Mr. Plumber for a free estimate and inspection. Michael and his crew were there in no time at all and knew that a main line sewer snake out was needed. Steven's sewer line was snaked out approximately 45 feet, and at 40 feet out the clog was found and removed.

Once the snake out was complete, the Frank's crew tested Steven's sewer line by flushing all toilets to ensure water flow was restored.

Steven can now rest assured, knowing his sewer line is clean AND protected by warranty for up to one full year!

Richard and his family were living happily, until the winter of 2022 came to Buffalo and brought all its heavy snow along with it. With children to feed, and the cost of living rising each day, Richard was desperate for a way to cut down costs without giving up his standard of living.

Then, one day, after hearing one of his kids complain about there being no hot water left in the shower, Richard put on the TV to relax, and that's where he came across Frank's Mr. Plumber.

Excited, Richard gave Frank's a call in regard to their Tankless water heaters. A crew was at Richard's house in no time to see if a Tankless system was the best option for Richard. 

After a bit of discussion, it was decided! A Tankless Water Heater was the answer to Richard's problem - he could SAVE money, and never have to hear his kids complain about a lack of hot water ever again!

Willie noticed that when he showered or did laundry his main drain line was back up. He was referred by his neighbor to call Frank’s Mr. Plumber to get a free estimate for a snake out. He called and Frank’s sent technician Ed out to access what needed to be done to get Willie’s drain running again. Ed gave Willie an estimate to snake out the drain which Willie accepted. Technician Ed proceeded to snake out the drain and got it running again. As with any drain cleaning, a camera is used to see that the drain is totally clear and if there is any reason that the drain was running slow. As Ed was using the camera, Willie was watching the screen, Ed was able show Willie that the original clay tile was invaded by tree roots, the tiles were be broken. Ed gave Willie an estimate to replace the sewer line with new PVC piping along with new traps and risers. Willie was pleased with the estimate and the job was scheduled for the following week.

Once the job was completed, Willie had a piece of mind that he wouldn’t have any issues for year to come.

Ferdous saw water was leaking between the second and first floor bathrooms. Since Ferdous has used Frank’s Mr. Plumber in the past, she called to schedule an appointment to have Frank’s come and locate the leak. Technicians Shane and Bryan arrived and proceed to locate the leak which was the fill valve on the upstairs toilet was. Shane and Bryan then gave Ferdous an estimate for repair which she accepted. Since Frank’s Mr. Plumber trucks are fully equipped to handle most plumbing repairs, Shane and Bryan were able to replace the valve right away.

Ferdous was happy to have the repair done and knew she wouldn’t have to worry about any damage to her walls as the leak was fixed quickly.

Sagar smelled gas and called his local gas company. They came out and shut off his gas and told him to call his plumber to get it repaired. The gas company gave him several plumbers he could call. After searching the plumbers online, he called Frank’s Mr. Plumber as they would come out and give him a free no obligation estimate to repair the line.  Technicians Bryan and Tanis arrived promptly, accessed the situation and gave Sagar an estimate. Sagar approved the estimate and Bryan and Tanis proceeded to locate the gas leaks by pressure testing the gas line. Bryan and Tanis replaced the two copper lines, installed a new plug for the outdoor grill and replaced the gas line from the boiler to the dryer bringing everything up to code. The gas line was then pressure tested again to make sure there weren’t any more leaks, which there were not.

Sagar was happy that all of his gas lines were fixed and everything was up to code. He no longer had to worry about any more gas leaks.

Barb is a current customer of Frank’s Mr. Plumber and called because she was having several issues she needed to address. There was an issue with the drain pipe to the street wasn’t flowing, something was stuck in the bathroom sink drain and the bathroom faucet needed to be looked at and either need the faucet or cartridge replaced. Technicians Ed and Tanis arrived to access the issues. After addressing all her issues, Technician Ed knowing that Barb was already using water filter cartridges on her faucets, mentioned that Frank’s Mr. Plumber was now doing whole house water filtration systems and asked her if he could show her our solutions to water filtration. Ed explained to Barb how the system worked tested her water and even though she is using water filter cartridges they do not filter everything out. Ed then explained that no electricity was needed and no maintenance needed for ten years and Barb would save money. Ed then gave her an estimate which she accepted.

Barb was so happy to be able to save money and extend the life of faucets, toilets, hot water tank.

Dan called Frank’s Mr. Plumber because his main drain was backing up and he couldn’t use his toilet, shower or do any laundry to schedule an appointment. Frank’s technician Ed was dispatched and arrived quickly. Ed proceeded to snake out the main drain from the sewer clean out in the basement several times to restore, caused by a build up of toilet paper. Ed then sent a camera to make sure the clog had been removed and advised if this happens again, to reroute the sewer to the front of the stack.

Dan was pleased with job and happy to have his drains working again.

Chuck; being a long-time customer of Frank’s Mr. Plumber; called because he was concerned that his sump pump was recycling a lot and that his downspouts have been bubbling all winter, to schedule an appointment. Technicians Ed and Bob arrived and began by using the camera to see where the blockage was. The bubbler line has a build up of scale and tree roots. Ed and Bob proceeded to jet out the bubbler line to get it flowing again. Then Ed told Chuck that he should have the entire bubbler system replaced and gave him an estimate to replace the system. Chuck decided on the spot to replace the bubbler. A crew from Frank’s Mr. Plumber came out the next day and replaced the entire bubbler system.

When the job was complete, Chuck knew he wouldn’t have any more issues for years to come.
