General Plumbing Case Studies: Slow draining throughout the entire house

Challenge

This Customer was trying to figure out why they were experiencing slow draining throughout the whole house.

Solution

Technician went to the customer's home to evaluate the drains. He used a camera drain line inspection with a locator to find out why. The inspection showed broken clay tile, clogged pipe, and broken trap. The technician used a hydro-jet to break up the clog. 

The solution to keep this from happening in the future was to replace the existing trap and riser with new PVC piping all the way to the street and connect it to the main sewer.
