Bio: Tom is a graduate of St. Patrick’s Parochial School in Salamanca, NY, Archbishop Walsh High School in Olean, NY, Broome Technical Community College and University of Buffalo. He honed his technical skills through the years of courses and technical seminars and continues to do so. Tom is passionate about having the best products installed by top technicians in their perspective fields so the consumer can look forward to less hassles and worries when it comes to their heating, cooling or plumbing needs. Tom is also an ardent supporter of installing energy saving products to both cut consumers utility cost and at the same time increase the safety and comfort level in their homes which is usually a consumer’s biggest investment.

Tom enjoys the challenges that come with the job and solving consumer’s concerns. Because of this philosophy Tom solves many problems that are either technically beyond the average company or too challenging for them and the result is usually dismal and disappointing. Tom tells customers just what they can expect in terms of savings and comfort from what he proposes.

              Service call - furnace did not start. I had purchased a furnace from you in 2015. When furnace was installed Nov. 2015, I could feel some warm heat thru vents but over time, did not seem to heat the house (2 bedroom cape). I always used a space heater when I worked from home. May 1, 2017 - furnace did not start. I called for service and Tom W. came the next day. Tom explained my furnace, the carbon monoxide detector then went to work. Tom mentioned low gas pressure, 2 -stage furnace which by the way (high speed didn't work for the first 1.5 years) that I recall. Also, going up the stairs was always cooler as I traveled upward. We also found spare room had wires disconnected to a booster which I was not informed about during installation. I did explain that I don't use that room (over the garage) during winter but should have been made aware. Tom & I reviewed the disconnect and I opted to keep that unplugged for now. The past few days, the house has been warm without any complaints, after Tom W. made his changes. In addition, after a few days passing, Tom gave me a quick call to ask if there were any issues. So, my heat is very good right now and Tom W. went above and beyond to follow-up with a call proving excellent customer service...something that to me personally, seems to by a dying thing.
